Yeah, the Malaise update on consoles was postponed so they could release the Fatal Falls DLC in PC and Consoles at the same time, It will come up eventually, it seems like their priority right now is that and bug fixes. I always love it when a game lives well past the launch date. It would feel like much better gameplay to do them as you encounter them. This seems like it could be changed so that you dont gain malaise inside of them because they do not count towards your completion of cleansing the malaise, and pretty much force you to just do them at the end. The Whack-a-Mole Update served to ease the difficulty curve across boss cells, fix a large number of persistent bugs, as well as introduce a set of new Survival-scaling melee. You gain malaise inside the 1-4 cell doors.
